Hi
We're using Micron NOR Flash MT35XU512ABA1G12-0AUT on our board.
And we have problem boot from NOR flash. (The simple application is to toggle PE_01 to flash LED)
I have attached related file below:
1. QuadSPI parameter file: test_Qspi.bin
2. Bootloader+application combined bin: led_test_0606_blob2.bin
3. S32 Flash Tool Algorithm: fsdk_qSpi_mt35xu512.bin
Could you help check if there is any step missing?
Thanks.

Jalsey
hi,JalseyXie
Thank you for contacting us.
Did you can used the fsdk_qSpi_mt35xu512.bi Algorithm normally in S32 Flash Tool to program the NOR Flash? Also, could you used the debugger for the simple application to toggle PE_01?

Hi @Joey_z ,
Flashing with fsdk_qSpi_mt35xu512.bin in S32 Flash Tool has no error, but I'm not sure if the Micron flash compatible with this algorithm.
Yes, with debugger toggling of PE_01 is ok.

Hi @Joey_z ,
Do you have any updates regarding this post?
I found the similar issue in the community Re: QSPI Boot fail to load image application after NOR flashing to SRAM - NXP Community

hi,JalseyXie
Sorry for the reply late.
Please check whether the following address is filled in correctly.
If you confirm that there is no problem with your burning method.
You can try using M or A core to check whether the content you burn to NOR FLASH is correct and see if there are any problems with your burning algorithm.
Hope it can help you.

Hello, may I ask if your issue has been resolved? The S32G399A chip I am currently using has a Flash model of MX25UW51245. My current situation is that it can be burned and verified successfully using the FLASH TOOLS tool. However, when I configure BOOTMOD to RCON, it cannot start from FLASH. I can measure the SCK and CS signals using an oscilloscope. The SCK clock is 28MHz, but it only lasted for about 1.3ms.
Hi @LONGGANGSU ,
Yes, we managed boot from NOR flash by using custom qspi paramters.
But for the nor flash you're using, you should be able boot from flash using this the algorithm in S32FT.
Hello, I encountered another problem today, when burning, I can only erase it, I can't continue, help me take a look.
Reading flash id is also correct
