First of all, Automotive BSP 28.0 is obsolete. Only a very limited support can
be provided for obsolete software.

From your inputs, it is not quite clear what you are asking for, the BSP
binaries, sources or the documentation. What you can obtain from NXP is
the pre-built binaries and the documentation. Use the online Automotive Software
Package Manager to obtain BSP 30.0 together with it's Manual in a single
self-extractor archive:

As of the sources, the BSP is comprised of multiple source packages stored in
various publicly available repositories. NXP does not own or maintain them. It is
the job of the BSP build automation tool, bitbake, to collect the source code
necessary to build the target image according to Yocto recipes. It has to be
done on your local machine. NXP cannot do it for you. You have to
follow the Automotive BSP 30.0 User Manual Chapter 2 to build the BSP from
sources. If a BSP source package download fail, make sure you satisfied all
dependencies mentioned in the Manual Section 2.1.1, the host-prepare.sh
script completed without errors and you are not behind a firewall.

Best Regards,
Platon
