You must have all the proper packages on your host before building yocto:

In this case you need:

libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.34)(64bit)
libpthread.so.0(GLIBC_2.2.5)(64bit)
libstdc++.so.6(CXXABI_1.3.13)(64bit)
libstdc++.so.6(GLIBCXX_3.4.29)(64bit)

I keep my package glibc version same with S32G ,and now only this one lib error,I dont know how to fix

Correct you need erase everything about yocto and restart again,that libthreat means tht you need to download the packages before building.
