Please add more details on what steps you followed so far.
Did you set the policy referenced in the GoldVIP User Manual for your AWS IAM user? How do you try to deploy the stack (via Serverless Application Repository or a custom stack)? Were you able to deploy any telemetry stack successfully so far?
You should check the Events tab from the corresponding CloudFormation stack and see where the deployment failed. You can use AWS CloudWatch to check the specific Log Group for additional logs to get an understanding of what exactly failed.
Please let us know if this is something related to your AWS account configuration or is some error in the actual deployment steps.
