Customer used S32 DS for S32 V3.4 , and installed update 1 for S32 DS V3.4, RTD V2.0.0 for S32 G2 M7 Core.
Import RTD example Project int to S32 DS V3.4.1 and compiled , connect S32 Debug probe through USB to the EVK board, lauch the debugger, the debugger indicates that the S32G2 M7 Core can't be connected.
What are the possible reasons for this issue?

Please make sure that the S32 Debug probe is connected to the PC normally. The information in the following picture will appear in the configuration interface USB device.
Then, connect the S32 Debug probe to the development board J48, the development board is powered normally, and click Test connection to check whether the connection is established.

The customer was right in the first step, and the S32-DP emulator device can be find.
Test connection, a message indicating that "board is not connected". And customer used another S32-DP emulator, the connection is successful.
