Issue GoldVIP M7 Application - Missing Os Plugin in EB tresos

Hello S32G
I’m working with GoldVIP and trying to follow the User Manual to rebuild the M7 CAN Gateway application. However, while applying patches in the <GoldVIP_install_path>/eenvs/S32G2_M7_Gateway/patches directory, I encountered a problem: the EB tresos ACP environment reports that the "Os" plugin is missing in the plugins/ directory.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Is there a specific package I need to install to get the missing "Os" plugin, or a recommended source for it?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

hi,NewbieNerd

Thank you for your reply.

Which version of RTD/EB are you using?

You can try to copy the Os_TS_T files in RTD to the C:\EB\tresos\plugins  directory in EB.

Hope it can help you.

Thank you for your response.

Based on your reply and the user manual, I was able to install the necessary components and successfully generate the code in EB tresos.

However, when I proceeded to build the project, I encountered a build error. I would like to ask where I should report or inquire about such build issues.

For your reference, I am using the GHS (Green Hills Software) compiler.

hi,NewbieNerd

Thank you for your reply.

You can try to use the GCC compiler, and to check whether you have the same issues.

Thank you again for your response.

As you suggested, I tried building the project using the GCC compiler instead of GHS. This resolved the semaphore-related error. However, I’m still encountering a usize-related error during the build process.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

hi,NewbieNerd

Thank you for your reply.

Which the version of RDT are you using? And where are you find the package of Base_TS_TxDxM5I2R0?

You should refer to the manual and use the RTD compatible with goldvip.

Thank you for your continued support.

I confirm that I used the RTD version specified in the manual.
For your reference, I’ve attached the page from the user manual that lists the required version.

Thanks again for your assistance.

Also, I noticed that the Base_TX module was already available after installing EB tresos ACP.

hi,NewbieNerd

Thank you for your reply and information.

Where you find the package of Base_TS_TxDxM5I2R0, it seems that it is not very applicable.

Thank you very much for your kind response and support.

Just to clarify, I did not install the Base_TS_TxDxM5I2R0 package separately.
I only installed EB tresos version 27.1.0 and ACP 8.8.7 for S32G27x, and the package was included by default.

Please let me know if a different version is required.

hi,NewbieNerd

Thank you for you reply.

Your ACP 8.8.7 is normal. You can refer to the User-Manual.pdf to check the complier version and plugins.
