Hi,

I was wondering if there are any examples of using FreeRTOS with S32G2 multicore M7 processors. Please let me know if the same project can be used for this purpose.

Thanks and regards,
Baker

Hi,

The main example that is provided for multicore application under the S32G platform is the one explained on the AN13750 available under the S32G2 product page (link: S32G2 Safe and Secure Vehicle Network Processor | NXP Semiconductors).

It can be done integrating FreeRTOS, but there is not an out-of-the-box example that uses FreeRTOS. We do apologize.

Please, let us know.

Hi,

I have created a multicore application using S32DS, but it is separated into three projects. I am wondering if it is possible to create a single project application that runs on the multicore M7 using a single image file?

Thank you.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback.

Under the S32G platform, the multicore application requires independent files. This means that each core has its own application. Hence, no single file (at this moment) multicore application is possible. That is why AN13750 uses different files for each core.

We apologize for this.

Please, let us know.
