We understand that there is no feature, under the G family, that enables entering serial download mode from SW. The following is told under the S32G3 RM [Page 1445, S32G3 Reference Manual, Rev. 3, 02/2023]:
"The boot mode pin values are latched before deassertion of the RESET_B signal, enabling selection of the required boot mode externally from the chip."
The only possibility we can think of is to change the boot mode pins via an external circuit with SW then reset the platform. Since this is not a common scenario, there are no guidelines nor confirmation of feasibility, this is only a personal supposition. We do apologize.
