HSE Demo 0.0.9.0 not able to flash blob image using Trace32

Hi NXP Experts,

I am trying to enable secure boot in S32G274ARDB2 EVK board, I am using Lauterbach Trace32 to flash the blob image to QSPI flash using the procedure mentioned in the HSE Demo App user guide Appendix 5.3

But, Flashing is not happening and it results in error as shown in the attached screenshot

"bus error generated by CPU"

I am confused by the documentation provided regarding secure boot topic. Please assist me in setting up the Secure boot in S32G274ARDB2 EVK Board
