I am encountering a license-related issue while working with the EB Tresos Tool. Upon launching the tool and attempting to configure the CAN module, I receive the following error message:

 Steps Taken So Far:

1. Verified that the module is required for my configuration.
2. Checked the License Manager in EB Tresos Tool — the module license is not listed.
3. Attempted to re-import existing licenses, but the issue persists.

Request:

Kindly assist with the following:

• Provide guidance on how to obtain and install the required license.
• Let me know if any additional steps or updates are needed to resolve this issue.

Thanks for your reply.

From the release notes of SW32G_RTD_4.4_5.0.0_QLP03, it is suggested using the following version EB:

I had just tested it with CAN example, the can module could be configured.

Would you mind have another trial with EB27.1? it could be downloaded from your NXP account.

Yes, I am working in S32G3.
ANd I already have the RTD SW32G_RTD_4.4_5.0.0_QLP03

2. Seems you are trying the RTD, which version?
