Tef810XInitPrologue returned SPT error

SptConfigHw() returned a error : RSDK_SPT_RET_ERR_HW_RST

I'm working on RDK-S32R274 reference design.

Tef810XInitPrologue -> RsdkSptInit -> SptConfigHw -> CheckSptRst = RSDK_SPT_RET_ERR_HW_RST

Processing State doesnt change, staying SEQUENCER_STATE_RST.

I couldnt find any clue to solve that issue.
