As you know, S32K3 has many derivatives, so to reduce effort, in the most recent RTD releases we only provide examples for K344, K358, K388, and K396. Examples of other derivatives can be created based on these existing examples.
With the RTDs comes an example code named Mcl_LcuControllMotor, which might be a good reference. Also, you can check the application note AN13884: 3-phase Sensorless PMSM Motor Control Kit with S32K344 using RTD Autosar API.
Additionally, there is a thread that provides a training presentation related to the topic.
