Microscope Inspection Sample Size :

Product Discrepancy.

1. Found flat ball during inspection.

(29 out of 29pcs for flat ball, 100% rejection rate.)

On this forum we provide just support for S32SDK software product. 

For this type of issue I think you can rise a ticket here: Support | NXP  if samples were buy from NXP or contact the distributor.
