[MPC5748G] ADC calibration sometimes fails

Hi,

I am using S32DS SDK to test ADC on MPC5748G DEVKIT. My ADC input pins (channels) are PB4, PD4 and PD5.

My test result shows sometimes ADC calibration failed at ADC_Init(). 

Register ADCx_CALBISTREG reports failure at bit 28.

Failures can still happen even inputs are connected to 3.3V or GND.

May I know which cases will make ADC calibration fail?

Could you please be more specific?

I expect you are using ADC example from SDK which is embedded in S32DS. Am I correct?

I see in following execution not matching reference manual:

and ref manual requires:

Try to switch those 2 lines of code to see if this has any impact.
