How to install ISELED SDK 3.0.0?

I am using the S32DS for ARM 2018.R1 IDE.
I'm trying to install the ISELED_SDK, but the installation fails with the error shown below.

Where can I download or install ISELED_SDK_1.0?

Please follow the 3. Installation of S32K SDK ISELED driver of S32K-SDK-ISELED-EAR-4-8-0-DRIVER-IG.pdf.
