My colleague tried to register a new account using e-mail address chao.tao@tanstep.com ,but he cannot receive any confirm e-mail from NXP. Please help us.

I have manually generated the verification link for your colleague and sent it to his email address.
That should solve the issue and he should be able to use his account without any problems.
