these is no SCB registers in peripheral registers view in s32ds

I updated RTD plugins and SDK of S32K3xx recently and then I found that the SCB group was missing.

further more, I can not downgrade the sdk and plugins in the case of which there is no the old ones in the "S32DS extensions and Updates page".

I meet the same issue and found these tickets. I found the root cause that maybe you missed the SVD configuration in the S32DS debugger setting, and this works for me. See below:

Hello, I encountered the same problem. My S32 design studio version is 3.4. The S32 Design Studio Debugger Core cannot be found in the available extensions list. The Emb register list ends at MCM_CM7.
