The entitlement for this product on your account was recently extended to the year 2025, but the license won't update until it is returned. Due to the issue you are experiencing, you will not be able to do this in the tool. It is preventing you to access that menu. I have returned the licenses for you. You will need to reset the trusted storage and then reactivate each PC where you have installed the S32DS for ARM v2.2. To reset the trusted storage:
delete C:\ProgramData\FLEXNet.
