Hello @ChenBowen,

This issue appears to be the result of 32-bit vs 64-bit Java. S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture uses 32-bit Java, which is included in the install. However, you have 64-bit Java installed on your PC as well. For some reason, the S32 Design Studio is being forced to use the 64-bit Java, which it is not designed for and this causes the error you see. 

If possible, you could try to remove the 64-bit Java temporarily and then try to execute S32 Design Studio. If it launches cleanly, then we know this is the cause.
