an internal error has occurred while add some dirver to the new project using S32DS3.4

I creat a new S32K344 procject in S32DS 3.4 IDE ，while adding some driver to the project with peripheral configure tool such as flexio_pwm，there in an internal error occured as blow:

 the attatch is the log of the error.
