Nowdays,i am using the MPC5643L,but i can not find the C-code example about the MPC5643L for S32 project ,who can send me ?

There is no example for s32ds but it's easy to migrate it.
I'd suggest you to create a new empty project for MPC5643L in S32DS and transfer the source files + settings into the new project.

There is also example for motor control library here .
