Can you retry after deleting S32DS.3.4\eclipse\p2\org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core\cache\ and S32DS.3.4\eclipse\p2\org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository\cache\?

I think the reason is that the install sequence of update package is not right.

@DiZhang,

It's possible your installation is missing a required update to the P&E drivers. Please go to Help -> Install New Software and then select 'PEMicro - http://www.pemicro.com/eclipse/updates' to check that you have the latest updates and get them installed, next check that you have the S32K3 Development Package, and then try the S32K3 RTD install again.
