S32K144 MCU "Device is secure, Erase to unsecure"

When I  debug the CSEc of S32K144, I Use function FLASH_DRV_DEFlashPartition(&flashSSDConfig, 0x02u, 0x08u, 0x03u, false, true). then I Power down and Power up my device.

Now, I can't connect my device via P&E or OpenSDA or J-link.

The S32DS tip me: ”Device is secure,Erase to unsecure“, but I can't Erase my device. S32DS tip me this twice, then S32DS show a disconnect UI to me.

How can I reuse my device via debug tools?

Hi,

you can try  Emergency Kinetis device Recovery in debug session settings:

Hi, Jiri

Thanks for my question.

I have three devices can't be Erased.I tried this method, it is effective on one device. but other two devices have no effect.
I also tried other method. I refer to thread1thread2 and document. I also use script "erase_all_pin.jlk" with j-link.

but I can't erase my other two devices.

I used "unlock kinetis" command, It tips me O.K. but I can't connect my device with J-link or OpenSDA or P&E.

I used the script "erase_all_pin.jlk", it tips me so many "Protection tip".

At last it tips me a "Cannot connect to target".

There is any other method to reuse my devices?

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

your device has probably also disabled mass erase. With this settings there is no way back (device is secured, mass erase disabled). and only soldering iron can solve it.
