S32DS 3.4 with new PE Plugin v5.0.3( include v5.0.1), download program via PE JTAG Debug will fail and return unreadable characters.
This issue is relative to windows Unicode setting. There is no such issue under Windows in English version. Now PEMicro is handling this case. Workaround at this moment is to change region and language setting to English or keep the PE Plugin version still under V5.0.0。
Note: after change Windows setting, please follow the instruction to "Reset Windows". New setting will take effect only after system reset. Detail steps please refer to snapshot below.

S32DS 3.4新的PE Plugin v5.0.3 （包括v5.0.1）升级后，通过PE JTAG Debug程序会回复乱码，下载程序失败。
该问题和Windows Unicode设定有关，在英文版Windows下没问题， PEMicro在处理。暂时Work around是改系统语言设定，或者先别升级PE Plugin。
