S32DS for Power Architecture - license

The evaluation license for S32DS for Power Architecture is ending next month.

As I am a NXP employee and I need to continue to support S32R294 in the next period of time, the question I have : what to do to extend the license for S32DS product ?

I tried to refresh the license but it didn't work. I still get the notification that the license is expiring.
What do you mean with re-active the installation? Do you mean un-install S32DS and install it again?
Or this there any other option to just re-active the license?

Sorry, for missing your post. 

Your entitlement expiration is in extended thought end of 2027, you just need to refresh the license in S32 Design Studio.

(Also, you could return the license and re-activate.)

I also have the same problem, I have tried to return the license from the nxp page but it tells me that "Returning this license is not allowed.", could I extend it or return it manually to request it again?

Please can you also provide workspace log, Design studio Installation log. 

You can find workspace log at
C:\Users\Public\[workspace name]\.metadata

You can find S32DS installation  log at:

C:\NXP\S32DS.3.5\[_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.4_installation- something like this] \Logs
