S32DS for Arm 2018R1 license expired and couldn't re-activate

Suddenly, S32DS couldn't open and popup the message that the license expired, I try to re-activate it, but no luck. reactivation is always failed

My S32DS activation code is 0D63-4EE6-DD1B-E596

Does anyone know how to re-activate it?
