your license has been extended. Please activate S32DS again with your old code.

Thanks. I am unable to reactivate my license. I get the following error. The procedure does not seem intuitive, so it may be something I am doing. Any tips?

Cancel that. After failing several attempts at online activation. I tried a failed attempt at offline activation. However, after this I was able to reactivate online successfully.
