I have installed S32DS V3.5 (Linux) on my WSL(2) image.
Every day I start WSL / S32DS new it prompts with Activation dialogue and message "License missing"
Activation (offline) does work correctly with request.xml and activation.xml, but it is very annoying to do this on a daily basis.
The different versions of request.xml appear to vary in the parameter 'UniqueMachineNumber'

As you pointed out, the different versions of request.xml appear to vary in the parameter 'UniqueMachineNumber' because of using non-persistent Virtual machine.
The license is attached to the Machine - computer system, because of that you are required to activate daily.
May be can you contact if you can get persistent VM, or if you can directly use on Linux.

Thank you for the explanation.
I have checked the machine-id (/var/lib/dbus/machine-id) on various starts of my WSL environment.
The reported machine id always persistently stays the same.
This is, even if I restart the PC, so the VM (WSL) appears to be persistent
Looks like there are more parameters used for this license check

Also please can you share log from
C:\NXP\S32DS.3.5\_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.5_installation\Logs
(or wherever S32DS is located)

As I see activation transactions using your activation code, there is different unique machine ID in the different activation request .
Please can you check with your company's It team, why is it so?
