S32DS 2.1 How to extend license

How to extend(or renew) the S32DS license? I tried to re-install it. but I was halted on licensing.

My S32DS is version 2.1

I tried to install it on a new computer.

Halted online licensing and I did stop by the task manager.

c:\NXP\S32DS_Power_v2.1\_S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture Version 2.1_installation\Logs\

Has no file.

As I see in the below error in your log I think the issue is because of not running as administrator mode or not having enough permission while installation. 

Your Windows user account must be a member of the administrator's group as mentioned in installation guide. https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/S32DSPAIG.pdf 

The 'Run as Administrator' option should not be used for the installation of the S32 Design Studio. If you are getting an error on Windows permissions, then you likely do not have the necessary permissions to install.

If you have issue to run as administrator mode please contact your IT department to for their assistance.

I retried as an administrator. but nothing changed.

but halted online licensing, and no log was created.

My license exp. is Oct 1, 2023

Entitlement Exp is Oct 3, 2027

Does this mean my license is active?

I see the problem was because the older licenses was not returned. 

It should be fixed now. 

Please can you try installing now using the license.

Yes, It works.

But when I clicked the return button, that did not work.
