I am using the S32G-VNP-RDB2 evaluation board (S32G274A).
According to "S32G-VNP-RDB2" I configured the DIP Switches following the "3.1 Default Switch Setting" setting, but also change for the "3.6 Switch Setting for Serial Boot".
Settings for the UART COM which is connected to UART0.
Then I use the flash tool to burn binary files into EMMC:
It's always failure to establish communication with target device.

We understand that SW3 is in the default position, is this correct? If so, you are selecting the SD instead of the EMMC. You require to change the SW3 as shown below:
Just SW3, since serial boot is as you shown on the second image.
After this, you should be able to load the algorithm and detect the EMMC available under the RDB2.
