S32 Flash Tool : Failure to establish communication with target device.

HI NXP

When I refer to the AN13750 documentation: Deployment on s32g-vnp-rdb2. 

The flash tool can't load success. Can you help me, Tks!

Refer content:

Flash Tool failed to establish

RDB2 SW10-1 and SW10-2 all OFF

USB cable is OK, Because when I change sw10-2 to on, the serial output normal log.
