S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture Version 2.1 license activation error

I was in the middle of the S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture Version 2.1 installation but I am getting this error when I enter the activation code

Hi, 

in your activation request is missing Unique Machine ID. In some cases it helps to backup and delete content of c:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\  folder. The folder is hidden by default.
