S32 Design Studio V1.2 starts failed after Offline activation

S32 Design Studio V1.2 starts failed after Offline activation installation, although there is information says the installation is successful. After the installation, I double click the icon to start the S32DS V1.2 IDE on my 64bit computer, which runs on a windows 7 OS, then it appears the information"An error has occurred.See the log file D:\software\s32_power_win32_v1.2\eclipse\configuration\1587541348989.log.", when I install it on a x86 computer, it starts normally after my double click the icon.

Could you please try the solution here: Troubleshooting: S32 Design Studio exits unexpectedly or Installer rolls back immediately following ...

It may not be exact scenario described there, but it could help to try it.

I also have a question for you. Is it possible you could migrate to the new version of the S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture v2.1? It has many bug fixes and improvements. This issue may be resolve for you in this new version.
