Manual installation of update 1 of S32 Design Studio for Arm v1.3

Hi there, 

Could you tell me how to install manually the latest update of S32 DS for ARM? I can't install it through the "automatic" Eclipse way of doing (access blocked by my company).

I did find the archive however I didn't find any document explaining the installation process.
