Indeed, the license to the package SW32G-STDSW-D has already expired. Since this is a common activation code for all alpha users issued 4 years ago, I'd strongly recommend to re-activate the license using the activation code from your personal NXP account. The activation code allows to be used on 100 devices so you should be able to activate and use the package on another machine. (I noticed it was so far activated just once)
Your personal account activation code starts with 2949-F4xx-xxxx-xxxx
