I cannot install any SW tool because the licenses were assigned to my old PC

I cannot install all the SW tools because the license activation code is not valid for my new PC.

Hi, @DavidMunozQuiroz , 

As error message suggest, issue is because it failed to connect to license server. 

Please make sure that you have administrator right privileges while installing the S32DS. 

If the issue, persists please can you share the log of S32DS installation from

 C:\NXP\S32DS.3.4\_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.4_installation\Logs (or wherever your installation directory is located)

Hi @Mehul_Patel_NXP,

I have make sure that I run the installer with administrator right privileges and it didn't work I am attaching the log file, possibly I need to get my offline license for my new PC because I don't know if being connected to my company network is blocking me the license validation, I can not disable the VPN just FYI,

It is getting installed now, this is an easy information overview for the next lucky person who fall in this problem:

-Start installation until license activation dialog is required
-Use your license listed in "https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com/control/frse/searchLicenses" for the product that you want to install.

-After setup the license and click OK it will appear online or offline activation dialog select offline

-This is a two steps request so first you save a request file "request.xml"

-Then you go to the offline license activation page in "https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com/control/frse/offlineActivation" load the "request.xml" then it will be downloaded an activation file "activation.xml"

The process could be confuse if you don't follow links at the beginning but it works for me thank you so much @Mehul_Patel_NXP

You would require to go NXP website, login using account and go to Software Licensing and support and request for license for S32DS.
