I can no longer get the target to stop after set a breakpoint in a sw task and step over

1.board: s32k116EVB
2.debug: openSDA

I set a breakpoint in a loop task and run,target can stop at the breakpoint, I can no longer get the target to stop after I click "step over", but it's ok to run to breakpoint and step over in main.c.

to be honest - this is first time when I saw such issue. It is possible share your project? Anyway - S32DS v2018.R1 is old one. Latest release is S32DS v3.3  https://community.nxp.com/t5/S32-Design-Studio-Knowledge-Base/S32-Design-Studio-for-S32-Platform-v3-...

I'm sorry that I can't share the project because Company's confidentiality policy, I don't think this problem is caused by the s32ds version, because my other colleagues use it well by different project.
