One customer is now trying to install S32DS_v3.3 for S32G2. And they want use the same license to install on more than one PC. But it fails. See the below error information.
I have asked them to check their SW acount, found that Total Number of Licenses is 1, 0 Avaliable.
But when I check my account, the Total Number of Licenses is 10000, 9982 Avaliable.
Is there any way for customer to use the same license twice or more?

I have updated the total available licenses for this entitlement. Please ask the customer to try again. It's possible they may need return and re-activate to update the license on their PC, but try it again first.
In the future, it is best not to share the customer's activation ID in a public forum. I have sent you an invite to the internal community. You could submit such requests there or in a support ticket (www.nxp.com/support)
