How do I deconfigure the adc port

Why can't the ADC port that I configured before be cancelled normally? enable or disable automatic? It can only be tilted. I can switch the pin to turn it off, but I don't want to change its purpose. How can I cancel the adc normally

Could you help me with the following information?

• MCU you are using. 
• Software 
• IDE version 

Also, when you said "enable or disable automatic" is it during run time or just in the configurations stage?
