Fresh installed S32DS 3.5 does not start - not supported 16-bit application

I have installed the Version 3.5 from file S32DS.3.5_b220726_win32.x86_64.exe

Start the application via  s32ds.bat does not working. The fault message with title " not supported 16-bit application" is shown.

The version 3.4 is working correctly.

What could be the cause?

Hi, @DenisT1980 
It looks like that an installation process done without admin/privileged rights

Please make sure you have administrator privileges and run S32DS installation with "run as admin" and reinstall.

Please make sure that you follow the steps correctly as mentioned in this guide.

Also, please check if your computer OS or 64bit or x86 platform? 

Please let us know the configuration of your PC. i.e Windows version, and 64bit or x86.

There is no file under this link.

My Windows version is Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

And, also rather trying with the .exe file for installation, please can you choose installer method:

The .exe file I mentioned is Windows installer. I do not found any other.

Please can you share S32DS installation log:

 

C:\NXP\S32DS.3.5\_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.5_installation\Logs (or wherever your installation directory is located)
