Error of IDE S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture v1.1 - Windows installation fail

I can install the S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture v1.1 on my computer1 successfully without any error ,but on my computer2 an error occued. I can not install neither by Online nor Offline ,it seems the generated request.xml is wrong.The request.xml and log as followed

Thanks for info. I've checked the transactions and there are multiple activation/return transactions.

The latest online activation transaction should be successful on your side. Can you please confirm?

Regarding Offline activation - there is a known issue that is described here:
