Hi Fox,
I understand you have enabled admin rights, but please try again by right-click menu option 'Run as administrator'.
It appears the issue occurs when the licensing service is started

Check that the FlexNet Licensing services are both running on your PC. Go to Windows Start menu and type 'Services' then run the application and look for the below services:

Hello Fox,
We had a discussion with NXP IT. They have suggested to install the S32 Design Studio using the option 'Windows 7 compatibility mode' to avoid the admin rights issue. Could you please try this and see if it resolves the issue for you?
Thanks,
Mike
Hi Mike,
Thanks, With "Windows7 compatibility mode" I already install it success.

Hello Fox,
Some NXP users have had some success by enabling the Admin by Request service and then 'Run as Administrator' on the executable. Somehow this combination makes some difference. If it doesn't, then you will need to submit a SNOW ticket to have NXP IT to help you get this installed. There is likely some different setting for your user account which is preventing the Admin rights to allow you to install the S32 Design Studio.
Best Regards,
Mike
I have the same issue. Relatively fresh Ubuntu 20.04, running with "sudo ./S32DS.3.5_b220726_linux.x86_64.bin" and I get the same error in the logs:
Seems it is getting stuck during the licensing part. I made sure to enter the lic key correctly but it just hangs on this popup.
I should also note that I had zero luck installing older version of S32DS (like S32DS2.2_ARM_2.2) which gave me the same errors
