It seems you want to change the configuration of the current LPSPI1 pin each time before transmitting the data, is this correct? There is currently no RTD function with this functionality. You can de-initialize the module and change the pin's configuration before every transmission, then initialize it again, which is not very effective but would solve the hardware design issue.
