i have found the quesition in reference manual about zvm for an hour.

but i can't find the value of internal pull-up and pull-down resistor on GPIO port about S912ZVMC25F0VKK.

anyone can help me?

Hi,

The pull up resistor is implemented as a weak semiconductor device (FET transistor), it is not a passive resistor. Therefore, the I-V characteristic is not linear.

As you can see in Table A-12, num 15, the pull-down current changes (min 10uA, max 130uA) depending on voltage on a GPIO pin (0.65*VDDX > Vin > 0.35*VDDX).

So if VDDX is 5V, we can calculate the resistance is 25k – 175k ohm.

Daniel
