I would like to program in circuit, the list of these microcontrollers:

MC68HC05xxx

MC68HC08xxx

MC68HC908xx

MC68HC912xx

and

MC9S12xxx

I need documentation explaining the algorithms to use (serial or JTAG or etc ...) and what connections do.

I don't have much experience with old 8-bit MCUs, but for the HC12 and S12 devices here is some useful info:
