number of cycles that DIV instruction executes for (S12xe)

does anybody know how many CPU cycles the S12X core expends when doing a DIV instruction?

how do i determine the maximal interrupt latency that can be caused by this?

by the way my Crystal=4.0 MHz, PLL=35MHz.
