can you give me an example project of using XGATE handle interrupt services?

then ,Do I need both s12x_vectors and XGATE vectors table in the project?

There are quite a few app notes that have examples. Have a look at AN3144 for the steps that you take to use XGATE.

Yes, the CPU and XGATE use different vector tables, so you need both in the project.
