S9S12XEP100J5MAG is the device S912XEP100J5MAG and can be found here:
The difference is caused by what we want to write on the device ad what we can write there. There is a length limitation. This device starts with S so it is automotive defined device with the maskset code included into the part number. Because of this the part number exceeds possible length (simply limited by databases and manufacturing possibilities) so marketing has decided to omit not important label talking about family. Originally it was S12 and here it is only 12. Number 9 is important – says about the flash type.
J5 is a code of the device mask set – the mask set is 5M48H …. The errata document is related to this number
