Can I use PAD pins as output?

Sure you can.

Just set the bits to logic 1 in the DDR0AD or DDR1AD registers. This will configure the Port AD as output.

Then write desired value to PT0AD or PT1AD registers to get the high/low level signal on Port AD pins.
