a bootloader question for freescale 12xet256 microcontroller

I 'm new in writing a bootloader for freescale 12xet256 microcontroller,I  get from the newer application note AN4258 Serial Bootloader for S12(X) Microcontrollers Based on 180 nm Technology

I meet two questions:

first:i use demo AN4258 ,but dont dowmload program via TBDML,the computer show "Error while writing to FD00..FF00" 

second  : i replace TBDML, use USB Multilink Universal FX ,unfortunately   codeworrior5.1 can't recognise the tool,

            show "undected Disconnect/connect USB cable. click Refresh list"

please help me,thank you!

What do you really want to download? Is it Bootloader or Bootloader merged with an application?

What procedure have you used? (Please refer to an AN4258 pages)

Mutilink Universial FX doesn't support classic Codewarrior for HCS12. It only supports CW10.2 and higher. See this url:
